The initial visit identified that there was a problem with my line. The crew showed up later that evening and took care of the problem. It was a bad connection due to squirrels. They repaired it rather quickly, and I have not any issues since then. User's recommendation: I would recommend reaching out, but be patient as these guys seem to work long shifts.
