Porter Broke My New Dell Laptop

I just returned from the Italian cruise yesterday. I lugged my new laptop all the way to the gangway of the ship in Rome. All was fine. The porters told me they will take care of my bags and bring them up to my stateroom (Explorer's Suite) -- I never thought they would drop my bag that had a laptop in a cushioned protective case on the edge smashing the corner and shattering the screen. When I went to customer service, the I.T. guy said I could not prove it was them. Really? $15,000 for a cruise and they are insinuating I was trying to get a new (another new) laptop in Viking? Come on. This was our first cruise ever -- not one cruise in our 38 years of marriage, and this was our first official honeymoon. I expected to be treated better, and I didn't expect to have my new laptop totally destroyed. Worst of all, they treated me like I was making the whole thing up! How disgusting. I'll send the receipt and expect a refund. Thank you.
