Placed order for 2 portable air conditioners plus the warranty. Paid total of $148.93 + $18. Order placed June 18th. Have not received any receipts or shipping information. Thankfully paid through PayPal. Filed a complaint via paypal. Noticed there were pages and pages of complaints filed against this company - everywhere from Australia to USA to Hong Kong. There are supposed offices all over. Tried online conversation. Leaves you hanging forever - person disappears and then eventually a new person comes on and you start all over again. I think this is deliberate to make you give up from wasting so much time. Never did find where my AC units are.
