I went to return my leased vehicle and I waited for almost an hour for someone to come to the front desk and assist me. I had called the day before as instructed by the #800 and was informed no appointment was needed just show up. When I arrive I kept telling everyone I didn't feel well because I'm getting treatments so the heat makes me weak. That totally fell on deaf ears. I went outside 4 additional times after arriving to get things that I wasn't told was needed or to go with the person receiving the vehicle. Everyone kept walking pass me saying someone was going to come and assist me. Then when the person came out to help he had no idea what to do. He went back to the person who had the knowledge to assist me for instructions and clarity. On top of that everything wasn't done. So now I've turned in a vehicle partially because I've got to wait on the final analysis from the person who wasn't there. Everything should have been done at the one visit. Then on top of that the sells person who had originally attempted to assist me to get another Infiniti and said I couldn't get one at the price I wanted so he offered me a Volvo instead. The manager offers me several times a great deal on the vehicle I'd wanted but at this point it's too late. User's recommendation: Call and make an appointment.
