I am a Disabled American Veteran and I recently relocated to Fresenius Port City. Although the Nurses and Techs seems to care about the patients, I have never seen nurses and techs scrambling to get of the clock and leave patients hanging. This creates bad morale and leaves one tech to attend to several patients. I actually clotted while watching two techs attend to two other patients who was getting off at the same time and no one was available to tend to me. The Facility waiting area is the Filthiest I have ever seen in a healthcare Facility, the chairs appear to have *** on them, and other gross material, when I asked to speak with the manager he did not have time to address my and other patients concerns,
