I was an InShape member for only a few months. I have been a member of numerous gyms and I have never encountered one so poorly managed, and the mismanagement must be coming straight from the top. The employees at the location near me were incredibly lazy, rude, disengaged, and lacked very basic customer service training. Just asking them a question made them seem so bothered and disinterested. NOT ONCE did anyone ever greet me or so much as say hello or welcome. I never encountered such rudeness at the other gyms in town. Not only that, the pool was usually so murky it looked like a milkshake! So glad I canceled!!! User's recommendation: find another gym.
