1. Poor flooring: All flooring on bottom floor has to be redone. Buckling of flooring. 2. Chipped tile 3. Broken countertop in kitchen, won't fix 4. Poor painting 5. Torn roof shingles 6. Windows that do not work 7. Poor drainage of yard. When the houses around us use their sprinkler systems, the water drains in my yard and flood our sod. We have dead sod. 8. Master bathtub had to be replaced. Workers ripped up the floor and wall to take out the tub. Then we found wholes in our walls that critters could have come and gone through easily. It has been three months now and the job is still not started. User's recommendation: Buyer Beware. Don't sign anything until you have the major punch list corrected.
