Poor Website and poor service, Don’t Care attitude

This is the second time I have ordered from this company and second delivery problem. 1st time they seemed to have lost my order and after a couple of weeks I called and they finally got off their caboose and shipped the part. 2nd order they shipped the wrong part and seem to be putting up walls to keep from correcting the issue. Phone people are ridiculous and seem to be reading from a book script. Don't want to talk on the phone and tell you to go to web site and submit the problem for a quicker response. 4 days later I can an email asking for pictures of what I received. People answering the phone are rude and do not seem to be interested in talking with you unless you are ordering something.
