I bought a used car from Cherry Hill Kia on April 30 and want to register it out of state. I was issued a 20 day temporary registration. When the 20 days expired and I had not received my tags or title. I called Cherry Hill and talked to the Out of State Title department to learn that they had not submitted my paperwork to my home state until May 14. The stated reason was that they were waiting to be sure my check was good. Since I had paid with a cashier's check on a bank just a few blocks from Cherry Hill I was not happy with this response.
