Poor tech service at Hargray

Service outage. This is the 3rd time since I moved to South Carolina. This time the service teck cannot come until Sunday afternoon, I.e. a 3 day wait. Hargray spends a lot of money on marketing, but does support the technical issues in a timely manner.
