Bought in 2017 - leather sofa/loveseat/corner sectional Problem since 2018 Side seats in Natuzzi sofa are leaning towards center. In order to keep the seat cushions in level position we have to put wedges underneath them. We called Natuzzi service and asked to help us resolve this problem. They stated that it is nothing wrong with this sofa and they would not take any action to correct this problem. Previously owned leather sofa for 20 years from different manufacturer without issues.
