Poor start up with collection of trash.

I signed up for their services on April 9, and received no pick up for 3 weeks and had to set out my trash in my old cans I already had during this period. As of today, 06/02/21, I still have no trash bin from Wast Pro, after a number of attempts I still have no bin and was told the they have run out of them. It seams very unfair to enter into a contract with me under these circumstances, without telling me about the problem, after I have paid the first 3 months for their services, in advance. I am trying every way possible to deal with this and it upsets me greatly. Thank you, James K Smith, Hemby Bridge, Union County, N.C.
