Poor staffing of customer support line/ emails

3 hours waiting on phone service line for power tools after hearing message we know your call important, someone will be with you shortly. Played repeatedly over this 3 hour period. Sent email also separately and neither were acknowledged. My power vac went dead after 1 1/2 years ownership and good working experience. Mystery ! I ordered extra filters from BDK also and have 20 + awaiting use. User's recommendation: Don’t buy products. Home Depot stopped carrying this product also.
