Poor shipping policy

Ordered some dog glucosamine. Order said 4 to 8 shipping days. Today is day 9 and no glucosamine. When I go into my account and look at the order it says, Pending, not shipped, but Pending. Do Not Use this company! This is twice that this has happened to me with Healthy Pets. No more second chances! User's recommendation: Don't use Healthy Pets Company, go somewhere else!
