poor service, wrong orders and a complete waste of my time.

I placed an order over the telephone in order to fast track the process, I arrive at the shop, Nando Rooihuiskraal to find my order not ready and only getting packed when I ask for it over 20mins later. When I get the order its wrong one item is missing and I have to pay additional for that iterm. The store manager is called to attend to my problem and he couldn't be bothered by knows who is at fault. Clearly this happens often. Just as I thought my issue was resolved parts of the order that were correct have now been given to another customer who didnt even order that item. Talk about a total waste of my time. I will never buy at that shop again. Customer service is next to nothing.
