Poor service throughout

I am totally and utterly disgusted at the service that I received from Hi Mark Martin Tailors. I purchased a voucher off Groupon for $199 AUD, which was for three tailored shirts. I was measured, and then told that they would be with me in up to 6 weeks. This is a timescale I was happy with. I have purchased tailored suits before, and know that it takes time. After 5 weeks, I contacted the company for an update and they said that the items had been dispatched, and would take up to 10 days to arrive. Again, I was kind of happy with this, although that would mean that they would have taken over 6 weeks to get here. After 7 weeks, I again contacted the company, who said that they would be with me at the end of the week. I asked them to confirm the delivery address, to which they replied with a completely different address. I mean, this address was nothing like the one I gave them. There was not one similarity (apart from it being in Sydney!) I immediately contacted the company and told them this, to which they suggested me going to that address to personally retrieve the shirts! I explained that this was not something that I was prepared to do, and suggested they sort it. At this point, I started dealing with someone called Jessie Bains. She said that she will liaise with Australia Post, and get the shirts sent to the correct address. After a period of 3 days, I still hadn't heard anything from them and so I began to chase, at which point I was introduced to someone called Steve, and I asked him for a refund. I was initially told by Steve that they couldn't offer a refund due to the shirts being tailor made. I voiced my thoughts on this, and then Steve agreed to a refund. By this time, it was 8 weeks since I placed the order and still no sign of my shirts, and nobody even knew where they were! On the 23rd March 2012, Steve confirmed to me that the refund would be with me by the end of the month. I had given him my account details, and he said explicitly, that it would be with me by the end of the month. On the 2nd April 2012, I still haven't received the refund, and so I chase Steve, to which he says I should have it, and need to double check. I did check again, but nothing was there. On the 3rd April 2012, I chase again. Still nothing On the 4th April, I chase again. Still nothing. I decided to call the company and spoke to a man who said he was the Owner of the company. He was extremely rude and patronising. I quote him as saying "To you $199AUD is probably a lot of money, but to me it is nothing. I am the owner of a $Multi Million company and so am not deliberately holding this back. Can you please stop harassing me. You will get your money back" I found this very rude and condescending. He clearly doesn't know anything about what is going on in his business, and can only assume that he actually needs this money more than he thinks since he has been holding it back from me since 23rd March 2012. As of 4th April 2012, still no refund. After speaking to Groupon, and informing the company that I had done this, I get the following reply from the owner: "Hi Gavin, Just so you know I have asked groupon to ignore you. No refunds. You gave an address and the shirts were mailed there. They were sent back to hk. Guess you are not there. Or you don't know your own address. Anyways, you sit tight, and wait patiently, and the shirts will be sent back to you. No refunds!!!!, I think you speak english so you will understand. You will only get the shirts you ordered. Further, all our staff delete emails now sent by you , as per my instruction, without reading ofcourse, so any attempt to glorify yourself is only going to the bin. Please don't waste energy typing a reply cause noone is reading it and hence you will get no reply from anyone. Just wait for your shirts, get them and enjoy!!!"
