Poor service. Support is 8/5 not 24/7. If I had a choice I would switich. Hughesnet is only other option.. Guess I have to look into it.
I was on line looking at satellite options. Seems to be more than I was offered on phone. What is the basic $39.95 plan? What are all the hidden costs involved? I have been a customer over 20 years and service has gotten worse since speed(?)connect bought out commspeed. The tech who comes out to the house is very knowledgeable but can not do anything about Tower Mountain (Arizona) service. Says there is a tree in the way and Forest Service won't let them remove or trim it so that service will continue to be spotty. Is there anything that can be done to provide the service that I am paying for? If not I guess I need to look elsewhere. That seems to be HughesNetwork.
