Today my boyfriend and I went to a Criket Store after seeing an ad on Craigslist for some great cell phone deals! We were so excited. We walked in and the man working was very rude. My boyfriend told the man his budget and what kind of phone he wanted, they had 1 left. After he picked out the phone he wanted the worker tried to get him to make another cell phone choice stating "its going to take a while to get this phone set up" my boyfriend said it was fine that we would wait. The worker then got an even bigger attitude and once again tried to sell him another phone about $80 more than his budget my boyfriend simply said I only have .$120 the worker told us to go sit down while he turned the phone on we waited for close to an hour then the man decides to finally tell my boyfriend "this phone has a code and I can't get it unlocked you must choose another phone"!! Also the whole time we were waiting he was on the phone screaming and yelling not even paying attention to us.I am highly upset with the service us there any way I can call a corporate office? I mean why would you advertise a phone on Craigslist for $100 get into the store and its $120 and can't be sold? Can we say false advertisment?
