Poor service / returns a hassle

Look elsewhere. After waiting five weeks for our faucet order to ship, I finally tried to call the company. No answer during posted business hours. I emailed their customer service and without any response my item magically shipped the next day. By now we had replanned our bath remodel and decided on a different finish. Called customer service for a return authorizationno answer and no response to my voicemail. Emailed again and got a response from Fran who needed a reason for the return before allowing the return. Should not matter given their return policy published on the site, but I obliged. Three days later and still no reply. User's recommendation: Somewhat cheaper price, but definitely not with the hassle.
