Poor service regarding misding parcel

Reported early Nov only one girls' anorak had been delivered instead of 2 which i purchased for my 2 granddaughters. Having supplied all info as required i was refunded a week ago £25. However midst all communications I queried if it was now out of stock as 1 anorak was no good to me but was assured it was in stock! This was never about money - I needed 2 anoraks!!! I am now left with one! I requested therefore twice if I could return this with a full refund. No answer has been received and I am so angry at the lack of any help regarding this sorry saga and altho perhaps a trivial matter to a big supplier ad yourselves you shpuld not lose sight of its many customers who if treated as shabbily as this will undoubtedly diminish in numbers, which i would have thought in these difficult times u should remember "we can take our money anywhere" where you can't take your goods! I don't want any more diatribes I just want action to return this anorak and for you to refund my money please. Regards Angela Thomas User's recommendation: Never order anything on line from them.
