Dear Sir or Ma I am filing a complaint against a SCBN medication asistance program, this asistancnce program have very poor service, I donot have health insurance, so I tried this company to receive my medication at a lower price, as a result this company display poor service.I had to pay out of pocket 189.00 for my meds. there proceed for me too recieve my med is too long, i need my med now.lastly, i am requesting my refund and they refused to return my hard earn fund help. [protected] cell to register i had to pay 50.00 + 30.00 then 30.00 every 2weeks i started last year in december 09 i cancelled the program do too poor service and poor customerservice, the phone service is very, they have you on the phone too long and the process to recieve my med is too long. help [protected]
