Poor service-random internet

Had service a long time-Speedconnect took over-Problems start. Poor -slow service--takes UNAUTHORIZED AMOUNT monthly from my bank acct. Calling makes matter worse-MORE poor service-very rude agents-hang up if you dont agree with them--no problem solved. Have contacted FCC-suggest others do same. Get calls telling me to call right now-or service will stop. Tried many tims to resolve problem -but each call makes matters worse- Lots of promises about great service But my service is NON WORKING more than usable. My problem with speedconnect has been going on since Feb/ 2018-but no one cares-Supervisors are not available to speak with-agents answering phone can just hang up and that is the end of the call.I do have a 2 year contract BUT speedconnect has already breached MANY times!!
