Poor Service, prices are high and shipping takes too long

At first i started with load with that i got no issue. Then i started ordering things like clothing, first was the Panda bear 5ft and when i order it, after two weeks there was no information or anything, so i when i called customer service, they see that it was returned and the driver left a message that i decline the order?I was mad because the driver didn't even make it to the destination area and lied and Lazada was ok with it and didn't do any thorough investigation, so i chatted with their customer service over and over again until i got my refund after a month. Second was clothing, third was the items got stuck in their warehouse, so they took it out, pulled it and redeliver it but the item was the wrong size, the driver deliver it first but told my bestfriend the receiver that he will come back because it was the wrong item, the next day he came back but it was the wrong size. Lazada didnt do anything with it. Didn't even tried to reach me at my cp number or email. Like once those seller post items in their websites , then they don't care at all. Their service is just so poor, and they should put customer first. Without customer this business is nothing.
