I went to a Culver's that recently opened in my area of Margate Florida. I ordered 2 items to go and paid for them. A worker brought out a bag with the receipt stapled to it, keeping it closed. I took it home, half the items weren't there. I called the store, no apology from the worker on the phone, I asked to speak to the manager, was not connected as promised. Finally, I asked again and spoke to the manager. He told me to drive the 5 miles back to the store to get the items, during a major NFL football game. User's recommendation: Buy food next door at Wawa where they treated you decently.
