Poor service, poor delivery, lack of customer reps following email conversations!

Took almost 3 months to receive the bonnets, when they finally arrived they were too small, babies grow quickly as we all know, contacted them immediately and thats where the run around started. Describe whats wrong, send photos, what page did I see the item on... will give you full credit to order something else, last one was 50% off another item. the reps dont bother to read the previous email and repeat the same stupid questions. I am done with this company and FINALLY got the return address to get my refund, but they wont provide a prepaid mailer, it will be worth it to get them returned and be done with this company! A word to the wise, DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! User's recommendation: Don’t buy anything from them, unless you want to wait 3 months to receive it!
