Poor service, nonresponsive, clueless management

Woodstock, GA: Management is incapable of maintaining inventory of the equipment for the water aerobics classes. Classes have enough equipment for attending members about 10% of the time. Always what we do have contains broken and/or moldy equipment. When more equipment is needed it is always up to the members to notify management. When a new order is placed it takes a minimum of 3 months to receive it.
