Poor service, no communication

I have used Remitly to send money to friends in the Philippines since the pandemic started. They permanently suspended my account because they claim I violated their service agreement. I carefully read it, and I did not violate it. Its their company, and I guess they can refuse me service for any or no reason. HOWEVER, they blocked access to my receipts for monies sent. And those receipts belong to ME, not them. They will not respond to emails, only reply with the same email each time. Be very careful when dealing with this company! User's recommendation: Use another money transfer service, there are many available.
