Poor service. I can’t get my Quantum Power Chair until I get a doctor’s prescription.

I am completely dependent on my power chair. I can't get a doctor's prescription until Nov. 21, 2019. The chair is broken not me. This is a huge inconvenience to me. Because of this, I will never get another Quantum Power Wheel chair. q
