I laybyed a corner couch in Rochester wonderpark then I cancelled it due to my financial situation, I was told that my money will be in my account in 14 days,it's now a month without received my money, I even went to the store they couldn't help because the reliable person was off, I called the following day to speak to the manager and she couldn't help because the particular person was not in yet, then I got a screen shot of email to say I will be refunded within 3 to 5 working days,it's more than 7 working days without getting my money back, I am very disappointed with your service I will never ever buy anything from your store again if this is the treatment you are giving your customers
