Poor service from management and staff

Upon calling the restaurant, I began by giving my ticket number and letting them know that my family is there I just wanna change my order. I was told repeatedly that I have the wrong restaurant and that they don't have a name May. I explained again that my son is their but I would like to change something. AGAIN she told me I made a mistake this is not the right restaurant. I then read her the ticket number and told her that she spelled the my son name wrong but the order is etc.. Another guy got on the phone and told me are you meaning delivery no drive thru my son is there then the manager finally got on the phone to also become rude. Rakia May
