Poor Service From Ice

We bought a vacation voucher from Encore Travel thru a Marriott Program. We love Marriott and have owned a time share for 24 years. They are not the problem. Here it is. ICE is a travel agency Encore uses. We have been waiting 5 weeks to hear from ICE and are unable to get a response. Marriott is now involved and they are also having a hard time hearing from them. Please do not use this company. Use Vacations To Go. We have used them many tines and are very good! Never a problem.
