Edible Arrangements will only refund 10%.... they prefer to take the tray you are unhappy with, throw it away, and bring another. We cant fathom the waste of food so we declined. Terrible to pay $85 for this but my kids have eaten some after we rinsed it all off User's recommendation: Make your own arrangement!
