I have ordered the pickup food on 3 occasions to support our local Cheddars restaurant. All 3 times the food and service were below standards. The croissants were so old we had to throw them away. They must have been prepared the week prior. I tried to order family size order of cole slaw. I was not allowed to order as the employee was unable to place this order into her computer. Even though this is advertised under your website. She told me to order individual orders. The order cost me double and again we had to throw it out due to the poor and very concerning taste . It was old and should not have been served. We are asked by the staff when ordering food if we will leave a tip to help our employees during this time. Really??? I will not be back and will tell others of my poor experience. Your restaurant used to be a great place to dine. User's recommendation: Do not bother to support this restaurant.
