My wife and I went to Ryans of Tyler to eat Upon entering had to wait almost 5 minutes for some one to come and take our money. Toby (presume the manager??) was very rude with no customer service at all. Had to seat ourselves where last time time were shown to a table by waitress or hostess. We were told sit where you like, The waitress never introduced herself just took drink order and left. After returning to table had to ask for silverware, again told had to get your own, brought drinks and disappeared and to ask for rolls. Toby just sat and ate no checking on customer service. bourbon chicken cold and no sauce it was dried out baked chicken under cooked blood next to bone. Good point steak cooked excellent and also the fish. Seemed like no one cared. and grossly under staffed
