Poor service, changing prices
I was with Unifirst since 2012. About a year ago the service started going down hill. They missed a number of weekly services but still had no problem charging me for it! I wrote many letters and their Manager Shawn didn't care at all and was very rude. I changed company names and I think he thinks I was a new customer, no idea. He treated me like crap so I wrote a letter stating they were in breach of my contract. I got a nasty letter back so I told the driver to take everything out of my shop the next week. I wrote a letter to Shawn stating I was cancelling my service and requested a final bill. Instead of a final bill, I received a letter from their attorney demanding a large amount of money. I'm now going back and forth with a very aggressive attorney that won't back down. Sounds like excellent business practice. How a company can just take a 6 year customer and treat them like this is beyond me. They are a large company and don't care at all. Last I checked my business wasn't in Russia and I can do as I want with my business. To be locked into an agreement and they make all the changes and mistakes and I can't do anything about it is bull.
