Brinks Home Security is one of those companies who have an "automated" telephone system that has no option to speak with a live person. We have had their service for almost 2 years and have had nothing but false alarms and alarms that sound when the system is off. Brinks will send a contracted third party repair person - for a fee. The last such person found no errors in the system except for a bad contact that they wanted $90.00 to replace. Work is only guaranteed for 30 days! Our system continues to alert when there are no problems.
