Poor service and rude people

I bought a nasal piece for my CPAP machine from Lincare for $228. I couldnt make it working without leaking I called Lincare for assistance and talked to a woman who had a seriously bad attitude and who was very rude. I asked to bring it in to see if they could help. She told me I must wear a face mask and could not remove it while trying to adjust it. How can I adjust a nasal piece with a COVID mask it? She was very rude and didnt care. I had a similar experience some time ago. This is a poor business to deal with User's recommendation: Use another provider. Stay away from Lincare.
