Shipped me a washer that had been returned - no packing material. Had shipping tape wrapped around the unit with scratches. Tried to get tape residue off the unit but cant. Also didnt install dryer or pedestals because the driver didnt have time. Supervisor very rude and advised I can pay for the return of both washer and dryer but they were not going to resolve the issue. User's recommendation: Not worth the headache.
