Poor service and owed money by easylife
I ordered 3 items from easylife in July 20. I paid 42.97 for three items by debit card. The items arrived. 1 was acceptable, the second (a digital watch) did not work and the third I did not order. why would an 83 year old man want Age spot cream?) I retained the first (thermometer but returned the others asking for a refund(letter recorded as delivered by GPO) I have e mailed several times and written to the London office twice plus numerous unanswered telephone calls to 2 different numbers. A further order has not been delivered but has not gone through my account. A request to cancel it has not been acknowledged. I am still owed and require the £32.98 owed to me to be repaid Any one able to help? I will be in London soon and will call if it exists and let you know the result User's recommendation: Do not use or order anything from this company ever.
