Set up appointment several weeks in advance so I could have first appointment of the day. Scheduled for 8-10. They called morning of appointment to say would be there 11:30-1:30. Complained and they said would call me 30 minutes before tech showed up. Never called. Tech showed up at 12:45. I had requested they put metal hoses on my washing machine. Charged $273!!! I went ahead and had them installed just so I didn’t have to find someone else. Will never use again!!! Also had requested filter to dryer be cleaned. After looking at dryer said didn’t have parts and would have to come back. Estimate was over $300!!! Will NOT reschedule.
