Ordered my album with glossy paper but got the cheap paper. Way too many emails with uninformed people and nothing resolved, its ridiculous and they refuse to allow me to call them to resolve. I need to print out about 59 albums but they wont get my business. Not sure how they got a 4+ star rating given all the complaints Ive seen. User's recommendation: Warning!
