Poor service and no response

This is just to really cry out to you about the following: - I installed a spectranet connection about three months ago, to start with for a month we were struggling to use the net, given it just wasn't stable at all. - Finally when we got it, the password was always given by the vendor...this doesn't go down very well, when the voucher is on may husbands Indraneel Hariharan's name. I am assuming given the pathetic speed, it must have been shared with few others. - Once the validity gets over, the guys never show up...even switch off their phones hence not contactable... it has been now a week I have been trying to get hold of a voucher... Very poor service!
