Father was driving down from NJ to pick up the trailer in GA. He struggled to drive down there with only 1 hour of sleep to avoid dying on the road. He had a flat tire that he had to get fixed, he ran into an accident, got ticketed for speeding, and had to drive in pouring rain. He had to change his schedule because they couldn't meet his. Of course the 15 hour drive turns into a 20 hour drive with all the delays he encounters, he arrives a little late with all the crap he went through and now that he's arrived late the b**** Candace starts making a fuss about having to stay late... b**** please the man almost died trying to fit your schedule, learn some empathy and business etiquette. Honestly, worst customer service experience ever and quite shocked at how long they've stayed in business... don't see them lasting much longer. I will NEVER EVER EVER recommend them to anyone, rather yet, I'd say avoid them like the plague User's recommendation: AVOID THEM.
