Poor service and delivery

Unfortunately I did not see the negative reviews before I scheduled an appointment. I thought I was still being treated by the same folks I had seen for years. Now that I have seen the reviews, I completely agree with ALL of them based on my own personal experience plus I can add a couple new things. I should have seen the writing on the wall when trying to schedule an appointment and no one would answer the phone and the website scheduling did not work and I had to drive to the office to schedule an appointment in person. I could go on and on but enough said. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU HAVE NO OPTION. User's recommendation: DO NOT BECOME A FUTURE CUSTOMER!!!!
