Poor service and delay in service

GE Monogram range hood failure to operate. Jan 2021 GE technician comes to diagnose and order appropriate parts. April 2021 parts are available but requires 2 GE technicians to perform repairs. May 2021 2 GE technician arrive only to determine cannot access parts without removing hood from ceiling (which service technicians do not perform) GE technician blames installer for lack of access to replace parts User's recommendation: DON'T BUT GE APPLIANCES...IF YOU HAVE ONE AND BREAKS DOWN DON'T PAY FOR SERVICE TECHNICIAN OR REPLACEMENT PARTS.
