Poor service al The Jefferson location Baton Rouge, LA

I order 2 american breakfast and I asked the cashier to exchange the croissants with a piece of baguette. When they brought us the plates there was not bread, so I asked the cashier for the bread and she was going to give me two sea sal baguettes. I explained to her that it was a piece of regular baguette. I also told them that if it was too much trouble just to give me the croissants. I waited my breakfast was cold and the scrambled eggs had some black stuff, like when you do not clean the frying pan to cook it. Until the bread finally made his appearance. Terrible service in general. This was my favorite place for breakfast, light lunches and desserts but I think the employees including the managers are not proud of having a job and taking care of the clientele that ultimately pays their checks.
