Just to update all who have been reading the complaints on this site regarding Milgard Windows and Doors. We originally put in a request for door repair 12/15/2020 and again 1/8/2021. We received the auto email giving us a repair request ticket # each time. Also the Milgard rep that writes responses to the complaints on this site claimed they didn't have our contact information. So I replied directly to them on this site with all my contact information 2 weeks ago. Still no response! DO NOT BUY MILGARD! you cant find parts at the hardware stores for their product and they do not respond to your needs at all. DO NOT BUY MILGARD!
