My wife brought her 2019 Grand Cherokee to Gwinnett Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram after it shut down in the middle of a busy intersection. Stephanie, the Service Advisor, assured my wife that the repairs were covered under the warranty but did not have a service rental available. Stephanie finally gave us a service rental the next day and it was absolutely filthy. When our car was repaired, we were shocked to discover that the nearly $2000.00 bill was NOT covered, and even though we are in the midst of financial despair due to the pandemic, they wanted their money now. Chaz, the Service Director, even threatened to report the rental as stolen if we did not return it immediately. We paid the bill but had to wait another day for our car because of an oversight on the service department. They were rude, unprofessional and irresponsible WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! User's recommendation: Stay clear.
