Poor security of accounts

Jagex has a list of security tips to follow, I followed them (in game bank pin, strong password, and an authenticator app.) I recently logged in to my account and noticed I was not in the same area I was when last logged out, I also noticed that 3 Million + of in-game items/money were missing. I went to their support page, and they send you to their tips on how to secure your account, which I already followed to the T (why would they have all these security precautions if I got hacked and robbed). The only reason I am filing this complaint is that I had a membership with them (which I canceled due to them having poor customer service) so that maybe this will reach Jagex, and they can reverse what happened or something similar to compensate me so that I can continue to be a paying member. Thank you for your time and effort. User's recommendation: Following security tips from their website doesn't work. Case and point is I got hijacked and items stolen even tho I followed their security tips.
