Poor, rude customer service

I contacted the call center about a check for my automobile getting fixed after a no fault collision. My insurance agent sent the check to me with TD auto finance name and mine on the check instead of the body shop's name and mine on the check. I spoke with a supervisor at the call center who informed me that I need to endorse the check, send it in to TD auto finance in Jacksonville Florida as well as a letter of satisfaction from me concerning the repairs and then TD auto finance would pay the body shop. I asked the supervisors what if the repairs were not done correctly because if I just looked at the car with my untrained eye and sent in a statement that the repairs were fine, and I was told that the issue with the repairs would fall on me. I then informed the call center supervisor that I was not ok with them paying a body shop without some type of inspection other than my eyes and that I want TD auto finance to endorse the check and send it to me so that I can get someone to go with me who is experienced in body work and to get an agreement from the body shop that the work will last and not fall apart in 6 mos or a year. I live in North Carolina and I am not comfortable with someone not here making decisions for me about my car. I am not a risk because I make my payments and will continue to make my payments but I have had a very negative experience with TD Auto Finance thus far. One supervisor at the call center in Greenville SC, told me one thing and another one at the same Call Center told me something totally different. I asked for a copy of your policy about this situation and was told that there is not a policy so I guess it's just what the person that I speak with feels like doing at that particular moment. I went online to the BBB and saw a lot of negative reviews about your company and had I known that I would not have had my vehicle financed through your company. I do hope that I can get my situation resolved positively. I would like a decision maker to come out of the shadows and speak with me concerning a resolution for me. TD bank should just endorse the check and let me handle my own affairs.
